Last Monday for FHE we invited over the Miles and the Cabrals. We have to import kids into our house since we no longer have any. Depressing! But as you can see we had a great time. Cal's roommate Josh even showed up and played with us for a while. I let the kids make the homemade pizza and the parent's had to eat whatever the kids made. It was delicious! Then after the lesson, "Article of Faith Bingo", some played Wii and some decorated Valentine cookies and made necklaces. It was a good night. So last night was the trek fireside. They had a great video- long but great! It was amazing that all those feeling were still there as the tears fell- I knew this trek had changed a lot of lives. I hope that we all can keep the feelings we felt and endure. After the trek- Cameron- one of our old first ward friends (returned missionary) and Kaleb- a future missionary and Kolby - Dylan's age came ove to the house and we played Apples to Apples- I am proud to say I won the second time!!!! The neatest part of the night was when we took Kaleb's picture, put it on lds.org someplace- which finished his missionary paperwork!!! What a great feeling. I hope one day I will get to do this with one of my kids. Super cool!
