So I am feeling super guilty because Robin has written on her blog about three times since my last- so here I am! Lillie has gotten a new pet- her name is Mia. She is a little poodle and let me tell you Finn is into her! We have not yet snipped Finn and he has never been around other dogs especially girl dogs. Needless to say we kept Finn on a leash and let Mia tease him. We laughed and laughed and laughed. Finn's latest trick is to mark his territory- he pees on everything. When I walk him around the property he sniffs the bushes and if he hasn't marked it yet he does. Crazy! The only down size of Finn right now is that he is into the pecans- only when he eats then he throws them up- Yummy! Maybe I will get some cracked for you this week Mom- before Finn eats them all.

Here is a project that she just made for school.

Hello Everyone!

I spent last week in Orlando at a conference. It was called FAEDS. It is a technology conference for IT people. There was a lot of smart people around- excluding me! I was so excited because Jeni let me have the master suite with the hot tub! You know us Steele girls and baths. Anyway- the first night I get in and fill the tub and wait- oh yeah push the button- nothing. Again I push nothing! Bummer! I call down to the help desk and they say, "Have you pushed the button" Of course I say, they say they will be right up-I think of Jeni in the next room and say "No thanks". Bummer. Next morning it is cold so I am getting reasy and I turn on the heat lamp over the makeup table- Yes- on goes the tub. OH! Night two I will get this thing right. Climb in the tub talking to Dylan on the phone- he had lost his picture money for school tomorrow. Get him situated- oops forgot to turn the timer on- get out - turn the timer- the water level had gone down becasue my big butt was out of the water and yes- out flies water all over the floor, my phone, and everthing else in shooting distance. You will be proud to know that on night three- all was wonderful! Whew- that was a lot of work.

Here are some pictures of life lately. One is of Matt's last fishing trip. He went with his brother Mark and his fishing buddy Delgado- and yes he caught the biggest one of the day. :> The other picture is of Haley and Katherine's 16th birthday party. They went on a savenger hunt and I got to be a driver. It was a lot of fun. Of course my team won! Yeah us!!!!

OK.... it has been a while.

My Anniversary was this week. Matt and I have been married for 21 years. Hard to believe. We went to Roadhouse and had steak. MMMMMMM. Not to mention rolls, onion blossom, diet coke, salad with ranch, baked potato.... WOW was I full. Dylan was bummed that I didn't bring home any leftovers. The kids have made it through their first week of school. Cal loves Gainesville and the new T-Mobile store he is working at. Shelby has to get up at at 5:10 for early morning seminary but seems to be making it OK. Dylan loses a dollar every day he does not get up on the first time I come into the room. He lost 2 dollars this week- not so great for the first week of school, shouldn't he be excited or something?

OK- After a long trip here the girls are here!

Yeah!!!! We have enjoyed them so much sooo far.

They have had corn nuggets, been to the big Lake City Mall, and Rachel even got bit my an ant! We must be in FLORIDA!!!
